God of War 3 News & GoW3 Reviews

I just had a peek at the latest God of War 3 Trailer released yesterday. Just to emphasize, the new trailer came almost a year later. I was slightly disappointed with the short trailer, precisely because it was so short… just above one & half minutes.

The other thing was I was expecting a sequential story type trailer similar to the 3 minute Epic scale trailer shown last February. This trailer is more like a collection of scenes … but the scenes are awesome.

We have our first video look at Hades boss battle with Kratos. The other great stuff is the the fight of Kratos vs Leviathan, the water-crab-horse on Gaia’s arm.

Watch the Trailer below and you can be sure you want to get God of War 3 so bad, you will want to break-in Santa Monica studio armed with the Blades of Chaos replicas. Just letting my imagination go wild.

Cancel all your duties.
Turn off all your obligations.
Say “Shut Up” to your TV and PC.
Take a sick leave.

Because… come March 16th… it will be just you and your PS3. Chaos will reign. SCEA announced that God of War 3 release date is set to 16th of March.

With God of War 3 (gow3) having a run-time between 12-20 hours depending on your personal expertise, you will need some time away from your real life and Get a Greek Life. Have you got a chance to pre-order the game? If not, here’s your chance to get God of War 3.

Its not just the graphics that separate God of War 3 from the other wannabes. There’s more… you know the story, you are familiar with the gameplay… you know that there will be unexpected twists. Finally, John Hight has some great news for God of War fans. The Director of Product Development revealed that the God of War III E3 Demo will now be included with the God of War Collection. Remember, that SCEA didn’t want to include the Demo as it wasn’t up-to-standards yet.

They seem to have done a rethink, based on the general response of fans. You can download the Demo over the PSN, however there is a catch. It will be available only for those who purchase the God of War Collection through a voucher code.

Still, its a pretty good incentive for those who were on the fence, in deciding to buy the God of War Collection. To remind you, the Collection has both God of War games at 720p and 60fps.
