God of War 3! Whats the release date?

What is the release date for God of War 3? Kratos’ mega-epic and the contender-in-waiting for the Game of the Year 2009 for PS3 was announced in E3 2008. And fans found that in the end, there will be only Chaos.

Sony has said that it will likely be announcing the release date for God of War 3 during E3 2009 in June. Fans and media alike are speculating whether the Playstation game will be pushed further till 2010.
